What we have to Offer CFL Fantasy Football Fans
We at Fantas-Eh Football have created the ultimate Fantasy football experience
for you, the loyal CFL football fan. If you enjoy watching CFL football, this
is your chance to take this exciting game to the next level. You can now draft
individual players and build the team you’ve always dreamed of. Using our state
of the art web application, you can now create a league with up to eight teams
and engage in head to head competition!
Some of the feature highlights are:
What Is Fantasy Football?
Fantasy football gives you the exciting opportunity to form your own team of CFL players and become a "virtual general manager". Along with a group of others, you form a league of up to eight teams with one person being designated as the league’s commissioner.
After the league is formed, a CFL player draft takes place. To perform a draft, you and the other general managers take turns selecting actual CFL players until each team has a complete roster. Upon selecting a player, no other general manager can select
that player for their team’s roster. But don't worry,
if you need to make changes to your roster following the draft, you have the option to add, drop or trade players at any time before or during the season. Once the CFL season begins your team will
go head to head against one other team from your league each week. Before each weekly match-up, you evaluate your roster and designate a starting line-up. Only players from your starting line-up are eligible to receive points.
Points are awarded based on individual player performance in
their weekly CFL games, and can be awarded for a multitude of statistics including: receiving, rushing and passing touchdowns, receiving yards, rushing yards, passing yards, field goals, sacks, interceptions, tackles etc. The team with the most points following all four weekly CFL games wins. Teams are ranked according to their win/loss record and total points. At the end of the season, playoffs take place. The teams with the best records are awarded the advantage of playing the teams with a weaker record.
The league championship is awarded to the last team
standing!
